Smart JSON & XML Editor (“the App”) is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe your data belongs to you, and wetake every measure to ensure it stays that way.
Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data. The App operates entirely on your device with no external servers, analytics,or tracking.
What We Don’t Collect
- No personal information (name, email, phone)
- No usage analytics or tracking
- No device identifiers
- No location data
- No cookies or third-party trackers
Data Storage
All files you create or edit are stored locally on your device in the app’s sandbox directory. The App does notupload, sync, or transmit your files to any external service.
Local Storage
- Documents: Saved files are stored in the app’s Documents directory
- Recent History: Your recent files list is stored locally via UserDefaults
- Settings: App preferences are stored locally via UserDefaults
File Access
When you choose to open a file from outside the app (via the file picker), the App requests temporary read accessonly. External files are imported as local copies and the original file is not modified.
Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that could collect your data. It is builtentirely with Apple’s native SwiftUI framework.
Network Access
The App only accesses the network when you explicitly choose to load a file from a URL. No background network requestsare made.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we don’t collect any data from any users,this policy applies universally.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app update notes and the”Last Updated” date above.
